Who knew! I was given the opportunity to share my story on living with AD. I was connected by another Eczema/TSW warrior Brandon @avxnue_ who also has his story on WebMD. Happy Eczema Awareness Month! Most people with eczema know it isn’t a happy or easy condition to have. It taught me how important it is to affirm yourself with eczema. There is so much shame, guilt, that comes with being itchy. I learned to love myself even when I didn’t look my best.

My whole closet full of long sleeves and if you have eczema or going through TSW it has its benefits of wearing them.
1. It can help protect your very reactive barrier from environmental factors like dust, pollen, mold etc.
2. It provides a way to look comfy while healing. Don’t stop yourself from dressing cute!
3. It can help seal in the moisturizers you have on. The fabric can almost act like a wet wrap therapy type lol.
