I took my first Sexy Chair 🪑 Dance experience class with HAUS of Her!

How could you not be sexy dancing to @kehlani Oooh
But I’m still working on my confidence and being comfortable in my body as I going through menopause. I think I would not be able to bend and squat. All the women in the class were amazing! Helena is FANTASTIC!

My newest goal is to discover new Art as a self care practice.

I heard about this public art installation in Brooklyn so I decided to check it out.

1-800 Happy Birthday, a public art project honoring Black and Brown victims of police and systemic violence.

Created by artist and filmmaker Mohammad Gorjestani in collaboration with victims’ families, the project began as a digital archive where loved ones and members of the public could leave birthday messages for those whose lives were taken.
