Welcome in! Whether you’ve just found me or you’ve been here since the beginning, you belong here. 🤍

I’m Tandy, a pharmacist who knows what it feels like to hit the wall of too much.
Too many demands. Too little of me left.

I was beyond wired and tired, running on fumes and calling it fine.

Until my body and soul finally whispered, “enough.”

That breaking point became my turning point.
It’s where I learned that aging gratefully starts with caring for yourself. 🤍

Now I help women over 40 rebuild from the inside out, finding calm, confidence, and gratitude in this next chapter of life.

This space has been growing, and so have I.
And if you’ve ever found yourself running on empty, wondering where you went in the middle of it all, I see you.

That’s what this community is about: helping you find connection, confidence, and a soft place to land.

If any part of this feels like your story too, you belong here.

Home isn’t a place, it’s a feeling.
And you’ve found it. 🤍

One morning, the reflection in the mirror made me stop and think:
something has to change.

For years, I poured myself into everyone else: my family, my patients, my work, while my own cup ran empty. Stress, burnout, and neglect had quietly stolen my energy, my confidence, and yes, my glow.

It wasn’t until I started caring for myself,
truly and intentionally, that things began to shift. A simple night cream sparked more than a skin transformation; it sparked a journey of self-love, peace, and gratitude for the woman I am today.

Now, at 51, I see aging differently. It’s not about chasing youth, it’s about choosing clarity, confidence, and joy. Aging gratefully isn’t about what you lose; it’s about what you gain when you put yourself first.

If you’ve been carrying the weight of stress
or neglect, know this: you’re not alone. 🤍
It’s never too late to prioritize yourself, nurture your glow, and embrace
the woman you’re becoming.

✨ Your glow starts with awareness.

Be her. ✨
The woman who brings the energy, the joy, the encouragement.
The one who celebrates without envy and shows up with her whole heart. ♥️

Because here’s the truth:
You never regret being kind.
You never lose by lifting others.
And you never go wrong making someone feel seen.

Let’s be the ones who cheer loud, love big, and lead with light.
Every room—and every scroll—needs more of that. ☺️

Know someone who embodies this?
Share this with her! Or tag her in the comments. Let her know she’s making a difference. 🫶🏻

Some days I feel like a grown woman
who has her life together.

And other days, I’m THIS little girl. 😂

Hair’s a mess.
Cup in hand.
No idea where I’m going.
But I’m going! 🤣

Welcome to midlife,
where your hormones can turn an ordinary Thursday into a game of WHAT NOW?!

You’re hot.
Then you’re cold.
Then you’re hot again.

You walk into the kitchen for something.

Stand there.

Look around.

Open the fridge.

And walk out with absolutely NO idea why you went in there.

But you DO remember every word
to a song you loved in 1983.

MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! 🤪

Some days we’ve got it all together.

Other days we’re wandering around with
our water, trying to remember what we’re supposed to be doing.

And somehow,
we’re STILL getting things done!

So tell me, is this YOU some days too? 🙋🏼‍♀️

And if you have a girlfriend you’ve been having these SAME conversations with,
send this to her!

Because sometimes it just feels good to know we’re not the only ones wandering around wondering what we were doing!

These kinds of messages give me
so much JOY!

Especially because I remember what it felt like to spend years trying to understand what was happening in my own body.

The hot flashes.
The sleepless nights.
The mood changes.
The brain fog.
The feeling that something was just OFF.

And wondering if this was simply what life was going to look like from now on.

That’s why these conversations about women’s hormone health matter so much
to me.

And why I’m SO excited about RECLAIM!

It’s Neora’s new daily women’s hormone health supplement, designed to support sleep, energy, mood, mental clarity, healthy stress response, and more.

We’re still at the beginning of our 90-day journey, and I love that women are already sharing what they’re noticing!

Of course, everyone’s experience is different.

But hearing women share what they’re experiencing, ask questions, and take an active role in caring for themselves?

THAT is what this is all about! 💗

And I can’t wait to see what we learn together over these 90 days!

If you’ve been wondering what RECLAIM is all about, I’d be happy to share more. 🥰

Excuse me, but WHO approved all these changes to my body without consulting
ME first?!

Because I have QUESTIONS.

And I’d like to speak to whoever is in charge of these hormones.

Seriously!

One minute you’re freezing.

The next you’re convinced you’re about to BURST INTO FLAMES.

You’re searching for the phone that’s IN YOUR HAND.

Someone chewing can send you right over the edge.

And your brain has 82 tabs open, you’ve forgotten what half of them are for, but they’re ALL still running. 😂

WELCOME TO PERI + MENO + POST!

And while we can certainly laugh about some of these things, there’s a bigger conversation I want us to have.

Because for far too long,
women have been told,

“This is just what happens when you get older.”

And quite frankly, I don’t think that’s a good enough answer.

I went through early menopause in my 30s.

I know what it’s like to have questions about what’s happening in your body and wish someone would take the time to help you understand.

And as a pharmacist, I believe even more strongly that women deserve to be informed about their health and the options available to them.

We deserve to understand what’s changing.

We deserve to know what we can do to support ourselves.

And we deserve to be heard.

That’s why I’m SO excited about the conversations we’re finally having around women’s hormone health.

And why I’m sharing my own 90-day journey with RECLAIM.

I’m learning, paying attention to how I feel, and sharing my experience along the way.

Because self-care isn’t just about what we see in the mirror.

It’s about taking care of the WHOLE woman.

And that includes understanding how to support our hormone health.

We don’t have to stop asking questions just because someone tells us it’s part of getting older.

Now, back to our little game.

HOW MANY FINGERS DID YOU PUT DOWN?! ✋🏻

And which one made you say, “OH MY GOODNESS, THAT’S ME!”?

Tell me below! 👇🏻💗

“Well, you’re getting older.” 🙄

How many times have women heard that?

Or maybe we’ve said it to ourselves.

I’m tired all the time.

I’m not sleeping like I used to.

My body feels different.

Why can’t I think of that word? 😂

Why do I feel off?

And somewhere along the way,
someone started explaining it all with,
“This is just what happens when you get older.”

Excuse me? That’s BS. 💩

That is NOT an acceptable answer.

And I want to be clear.

This isn’t about fighting aging.

You know I believe deeply in aging gratefully.

Our bodies ARE going to change.

But getting older doesn’t mean we should stop being curious about those changes.

It doesn’t mean every new thing we experience should automatically be dismissed as age.

And it definitely doesn’t mean we should
stop asking questions.

Sometimes hormones may be part of what’s happening.

Sometimes they may not be.

But either way, we deserve to understand
our bodies better.

We deserve to ask WHY.

We deserve to have conversations about what’s changing and what support may be available.

And we deserve to be heard when something doesn’t feel like us.

Because aging gratefully doesn’t mean shrugging our shoulders and accepting every change without question.

It means caring for ourselves
through ALL of it. 💗

So consider this your Monday Permission,

keep asking questions.

Keep learning about your body.

And don’t let “you’re getting older”
be the end of the conversation.

If these are the kinds of conversations you want to be part of, I’d love for you to join my email community.

Every Sunday morning, I send the next Mom Thought, along with a few of my favorite self-care finds.

Just comment EMAIL or send me a message, and I’ll make sure you’re included. 💗

And if you know another woman who has ever been told, “That’s just part of getting older,” share or repost this for her.

Cheering you on, always! Hormones and all! 😘

I married my favorite person.

And after all these years,
it’s still you.

Through every season of life.
The beautiful moments.
The hard ones.
The unexpected turns.
The laughter, the tears,
and all the ordinary days in between.

We’ve grown.
We’ve changed.
We’ve built a life together
that I’m so grateful for.

And if there’s one thing 29 years
has taught me, it’s that love isn’t
just about the big moments.

It’s about choosing each other
in all the little ones, too.

Brian, I wouldn’t want to do this life
with anyone else.

Still you. Forever you.

Happy 29th Anniversary! 🥂

I love you! ♥️

The 3 AM wake-ups. 🥱

The afternoon exhaustion. 😴

Walking into a room
and forgetting why you went in there. 🙄

The mood swings that sometimes
surprise even YOU. 😂

The brain fog. 😶‍🌫️

The hot flashes. 🥵

And that feeling of wondering
what in the world is going on with your body.

Sound familiar?

Here’s something I wish more women knew.

Hormonal changes don’t just affect
one part of us.

They can affect our sleep, energy, mood, mental clarity, stress response, body temperature, and so much more.

And we deserve to understand what’s happening AND know what options are available to support ourselves. 💗

That’s why I’m so excited about RECLAIM, Neora’s new daily women’s hormone health supplement!

It’s designed to provide whole-woman support, including:

💗 Mood and emotional well-being

💗 Mental clarity and energy

💗 Restful sleep and recovery

💗 Healthy stress response

💗 Hot flashes and night sweats

💗 Healthy estrogen metabolism
  and metabolic wellness

And now that mine has arrived,
I’m ready to begin my 90-day journey! 🙌🏻

I’m not here to promise you
what my experience will be.

I’m here to share it with you.

What I’m learning. What I’m noticing.
And how I’m feeling along the way.

Because hormonal changes
are a natural part of being a woman.

Feeling unsupported through them
doesn’t have to be.

Happy Self-Care Saturday! 🥰

Tell me, which one would YOU most like support with?

Sleep, energy, mood, or brain fog?

I went into menopause in my early 30s.

I’m 52 now.

And I’m STILL learning about my own body.

After early menopause,
a hysterectomy at 37,
and years of trying to understand
the changes I was experiencing,
there is SO much I wish I’d known.

And so much I want other women to know.

That’s why I’m excited to be part of the
90-day RECLAIM prelaunch! 🙌🏻

RECLAIM is Neora’s new daily women’s hormone health supplement, designed to support women through hormonal changes and natural life stages.

But these next 90 days are about more
than trying something new.

They’re about learning, paying attention, asking questions, and having conversations we should have been having all along.

And I’m bringing you with me! 🥰

I’ll share what I’m learning,
what I’m noticing, and what I’m experiencing.

The good. The bad. The ugly.

I don’t know what these next 90 days
will bring.

And I’m not going to pretend I do.

But I DO know that taking care of ourselves doesn’t stop at menopause.

And neither should the conversation about our hormone health.

So let’s talk about it. ALL of it. 💗

Whether you’re in perimenopause, menopause, postmenopause, or simply want to understand your body better, I’d love for you to follow along.

And I’d love to know,
what’s one thing you wish someone
had told you about hormone health?

BE YOU. 💛

There is no age limit on being more YOU.

I watched this woman dancing
her heart out and thought,

YES.

This.

This is how I want to keep getting older.

Not trying to be younger.

Not wishing for a version of myself
from 20 years ago.

But becoming more comfortable
being the woman I am right now.

More willing to laugh.

More willing to try something new.

More willing to say what I think.

More willing to take care of myself.

More willing to do the things that
make me happy.

And definitely more willing to dance
when a good song comes on.

I don’t want getting older
to mean becoming less of myself.

I want the opposite.

More me.

Because aging gratefully doesn’t mean
we have to love every single thing about getting older.

I certainly don’t. 😂

It means being grateful for the years
AND continuing to live them.

To grow.

To learn.

To have fun.

To take care of ourselves.

To keep discovering who we are.

And to never decide we’re too old to
do something simply because of the
number attached to our age.

So if you needed the reminder today:

You don’t need to be younger.

You don’t need to be who you used to be.

BE YOU.

At every age.

And keep becoming more of her. 💛

If you know, you KNOW. 😂🙏🏻

There comes a point after 40
when a song you’ve heard your entire life suddenly takes on a whole new meaning.

Hormones.
Hot flashes.
Lack of sleep.
Brain fog.
And a rapidly declining tolerance
for nonsense. 😂

So we do our skincare.
Drink our coffee.
Take a minute.

And say a little prayer.

For them. 🤣🙏🏻

Because some days,
self-care isn’t just for us.

It’s a public service. 😂
