LEMVRX - “Trust Me” (Livejam006)

Still tapping into the old-school sound.
Sonic journeys into some of the roots of house & techno. Been loving where it’s taking me.

Also ever so inspired by the current wave and all the new artists pushing things forward… but more on that later ;)

Much love
L,

For his second EP on Self Expression, Waltz continues to follow his own path. Where Stray explored deviation from the expected route, Hemple dives deeper into instinct, identity, and personal expression through sound. “Hemple” out now on Self Expression. by @selfexpressionrecords

Always a pleasure to record a mix for the Resonate crew on @subtleradio.

It’s one of those places where I can freely blend different genres and influences without thinking too much about boundaries which is something I always enjoy when the opportunity arises.

Ps, the track in the first clip is “Just A Shadow (Revisit)” by @daveywaltz , taken from his new Hemple EP, released today on Self Expression.

For his debut EP ‘Stray’ on Self Expression, Waltz deviates from the standard. In his journey for self expression he re-discovered his love for the 90s rave scene.

The tracks on ‘Stray’ follow the direct meaning of the word; “to deviate from the direct course, or go beyond the proper limits”, in which Waltz sends a message that he does not want to move along the intended route.

Stray is the perfect blend of minimalism, groove, and hypnotism. We’re stoked to have published this record on Self Expression!
