Spooky season is my favorite time of year and we’ve been haunted 👻 with ideas for this year’s Halloween collection🎃 We had some help designing this set and would love to hear what you think of Cat’s Boo Basket?🎃👻

What is your favorite item in the set? Is there something you would like to see in this boo basket?

Hello my loves, I apologize for the long hiatus in posting and uploading new content. I’ve had quite a few life changing events this year that have been weighing on me including losing my job/health insurance and the issues that come with, moving back home, and loss of a family member. While I have still been active in shipping out orders, I haven’t had the energy for much else. I did however compose a kit of items that have help me get through this difficult time.

Introducing the newest product to Self Help Happy the Chronic Illness Flare Up Self Care Kit. This kit is inspired by my struggles with chronic health issues of unknown origin, focused on little things to provide some relief. I created this kit to help soothe and ease some of the symptoms we face. My goal with this kit is to provide relief and support to those of us in the chronic illness community.

“Support Small Businesses” isn’t just a catchy slogan.

It’s consciously choosing to support a family over a huge box store or corporation. It’s putting food on our tables, gas in our tanks, and filling the medications we can barely afford.
Amazon, Walmart, etc, won’t notice your purchase, but for a small business, it could mean keeping lights on, paying rent on time, getting Christmas gifts for our kids…

So when you’re looking for gifts for teachers, coworkers, stocking stuffers, shop small💕 by @selfhelphappyblog
