Field notes on self-love — Vol 2

The people, places and practices that quietly support self-love in everyday life.

For Vol 2, we asked @annettemalone_acupuncture to look beyond pain relief — to what an hour of acupuncture can offer when the needles are only part of the story.

Field Notes on Self-Love.

Some folk create spaces and places where we feel more comfortable in our own skin. Sometimes without even realising it.

A place to pause.
To reset for a moment.
To return to yourself — even in the smallest way.

Field Notes is about the people, places and practices that quietly support self-love in everyday life.

In Vol 2, Acupuncturist @annettemalone_acupuncture shares her thoughts on giving ourselves permission to slow down and take care.

Reel and blog coming soon.

Field Notes on Self-Love

Before we share Vol. 2, we’re returning to where Field Notes on Self-Love began with Jake @jake_tattoo

To return to yourself — even in the smallest way.

Field Notes on Self-Love is about them.
