THE SECRET IS OUT! This year, I’m publishing my FIRST ever book: Self Love: The Foundation. This is the result of 8 years of lived experience and 4 years of writing between modelling gigs, all condensed into one powerful, digestible read - coming your way this year!

The book design is a working prototype, and in the meantime, I’ll be sharing snippets from the book, along with the wisdom I’ve gained since beginning my self-love, self discovery journey at 27.

This book dives into solo travel, journaling, unlearning and relearning, manifestation, faith, and so much more. I can’t wait to share this next chapter with you!

The soundtrack to my imaginary slow-mo walk out of the ocean ✨. Anyway - the photos that almost didn’t make the Sri Lanka photo dump! 🇱🇰

A lobster tan, ocean-dried hair (one of my favourite looks), and some of my favourite dinner views - from a 99p roadside lunch with a mountain view to sunset dinners by the beach.

Daily coconuts 🥥 from Ganesha. Gram-worthy breakfast bowls from the lovely couple at @slowdown.ceylon

Temples, churches, beautiful architecture, and solar-beaming on the mountains in Nuwara Eliya. Dolphins at sunrise. I can’t believe I’m saying this either - but there was a fair amount of Netflix and chill... literally. 😅

I took out the hotel staff out for dinner at @bokka.hiriketiya as a ‘thank you’. And finally, me and Jesus kicking it back in an entire row of seats on the flight home. Not quite first class, but by the grace of God, He’s working on it!

Sri Lanka, you were good for the soul 🙏🏽

One of the highlights of my solo trip to Sri Lanka was leaving the coast behind and heading into the heart of the country to explore Nuwara Eliya.

The journey from Hiriketiya was an adventure in itself - winding mountain roads, waterfalls, monkeys everywhere, roadside cafés with incredible views, beautiful churches, fresh fruits for the journey, and a landscape that felt completely different from the south.

From tea leaf picking in the rolling hills to enjoying a 99p lunch overlooking the mountains, every stop felt like a glimpse into another side of Sri Lanka. If you’re visiting, Nuwara Eliya is an absolute must. 🇱🇰✨

12 days in Hiriketiya, Sri Lanka 🌊

This solo trip was all about learning to surf, and after spending almost every day in the water, I finally managed to catch my own waves. Watching this reel back brings the biggest smile to my face because it perfectly captures what those 12 days felt like.

Hiriketiya has a way of slowing life down - a laid-back island energy that makes you want to stay longer than planned.

One of my favourite memories was sitting out beyond the break, waiting for a wave, when a green sea turtle appeared right beside me, gently bobbing along the surface. It felt surreal!

If you’ve ever thought about learning to surf, taking a solo trip, or escaping to island life for a while, let this be your sign. 🤍

One of many solo trips I’ve taken…but Sri Lanka became a special place for me where I learned to surf, drank coconuts every day, and embraced a slower pace of life 🌊 From 99p roadside meals with mountain views, to slow mornings, kind locals, and memories that never even made it into this reel - this trip was full of moments that meant much more than what a camera could capture.

I explored a few different parts of Sri Lanka, but somehow I always found myself returning back to Hiriketiya. It’s a small little area that has everything - surf, great food, good people, live music, and a feeling that makes you want to stay longer than planned.

If you’ve ever thought about doing a solo trip, let this be your sign.

Back at @qvcuk after a year away. I’ve been modelling live on TV since 2018, demo’ing beauty + jewellery. I still remember my very first casting - I was called in for literally five minutes, and left convinced I hadn’t made the cut! In the end, I did, and it’s been such a joy over the years meeting new models while also seeing familiar faces. With that said, it reminds me of something I learned in ‘22 whilst getting ready to go live…

In a world where most of us are striving to become better versions of ourselves, don’t forget to enjoy who you are today. You are exactly who you are meant to be in this moment. Tomorrow is a different day. Yes, you can change overnight; I’ve done so countless times! it can feel like shredding away parts of you that no longer can exist in this new you, and it can be emotionally painful.
What I’ve learnt in ‘22 is this: you can never truly return to a past version of yourself. I may once have been naive, impulsive amongst other things, but I also had traits that were more playful and carefree. We evolve through experience, and parts of our inner self have to “die” for the better, and with that comes wisdom. Some traits stay, just with healthier boundaries (held loosely for change again). Change - it is inevitable.
So, while striving is part of the journey, enjoy who you are today, and most importantly, enjoy the ride!

Proud to be the face of @thebodyshop ’s global campaign, featured in every store around the world ✨. It’s definitely a pinch-me moment! Thank you, The Body Shop, for this awesome opportunity 💚

3 & 4: Professional shots that are used for the campaign.

5 & 6: Behind the scenes

7: I video-called my dad and asked him to stop by The Body Shop to see if notices anything. Seeing his smile grow the moment he realised it was me on the front of the store was such a wholesome moment. He snapped a photo - one I won’t forget.

8: My parents have always been my biggest fans. From day one, my mum never missed an opportunity to watch me on TV when I modelled for QVC. This video was taken back in 2019, when I had just joined the company, hence the lack of fluidity in my movements and my uncertainty about which camera to look at, haha. My mum used to WhatsApp everyone she knew, proudly sharing clips of me. I know that today she would be overjoyed, beyond anything I can comprehend, to see me on the front of a store where she shopped for her own skincare products. While she was always proud of my wins, what truly made her proud was simply seeing me happy🥰.

9 - 13 : How this role came to manifest - a gift from God 🙏🏽

After an incredible (and busy!) trip to India, I needed a little holiday from my holiday - so I flew to Dubai 🇦🇪 for some solo downtime before heading back to the U.K. and getting into work mode.

I had slow, wind-down beach days, a mix of play and fun on the slides at @aquaventureworld ,amazing food, light sightseeing, and early nights in bed with a cup of tea by 9:30 p.m. I’d be lucky if I was ever in bed at that time at home - but on holiday? It was everything. Pure bliss. 😌

My Dubai vlog is now live on YouTube! Go check it out ✨

After six long years, I finally travelled to India - a much-overdue journey to visit my mum’s side of the family. I’ve been meaning to go ever since I lost my mum 2 years ago. I missed the warmth of their love - and so I decided to surprise them. The hugs, the tears, the joy… it all came rushing in that very afternoon. 💛 My smile couldn’t have been any wider after seeing my cousin, who I grew up with in my childhood years and shared many mischievous memories.

I spent nine days in Gujarat: sharing meals with family, exploring the city, and wandering through open stretches of land dotted with mango trees, and eating so many! But what truly felt like India to me was the time I spent in the quiet village where my dad was staying.

One morning, and I know this sounds hard to believe - I woke to what felt like the intentional tapping of three little birds at my window at 6 a.m, like something out of a dream. I unbolted the balcony doors, stepped out into cool, crisp air, and watched as peacocks swooped gracefully into the trees against an orange-lit sunrise. Surreal.

Quiet mornings with my dad, sipping masala chai and dipping puff pastry biscuits into my tea, felt like every bit of home. I got a taste of the street food in Surat once again. One afternoon, my auntie pulled out some old photos of my mum from a time before she had children; it was really special to see a glimpse of her life I never knew.

Just before I headed back home to the U.K, I was feeling uncertain about some parts of my life, and right then, I glanced up from my phone, I saw this message from Christ. It was exactly what I needed.

This trip was emotional, healing, and everything I needed. I’ve put it all into a video - a heartfelt reunion, a rediscovery of culture, a celebration of home, and a piece of my heart. You can watch this now on my Youtube channel. Much love and thanks!

I created this post with the aim of shedding light for those who might unknowingly be overly comfortable or protective of their inner peace, to the extent that they avoid any disruptions to their emotional stability. I believe that people receive nudges through a divine force/the universe at unexpected times - which serve as wake-up calls, nudging them to assess whether they’ve been living in fear or seclusion for an extended period. It’s perfectly acceptable to take time for oneself, to cocoon and heal. However, there comes a juncture where re-engaging with life and embracing its multifaceted richness, inclusive of others, becomes vital rather than constantly safeguarding your peace.

In a previous video where I reflected on the meaning of what contentment means to me, I asked myself, ‘Should I be more excited about life?’. Only recently, I’ve reached a resounding ‘YES!’ after realising that I had been unintentionally withdrawn from fully embracing life’s fluctuating emotions for a necessary period. Having healed, life unveiled itself as deserving of fervour. Reflecting on what felt like my lowest point, I received my nudge from God as an encouragement, if you will - saying, ‘Hey, you’re all good now. Here’s something to get excited about again, and life is more than just feeling content’.

I hope for those who connect with this message will begin to prepare to explore, learn, and live intentionally. It’s about transcending the constraints of comfort and allowing purpose to shape your days. Embrace the uncertainties, lean into life with a mindset oriented towards growth, acceptance, letting go, and savour whatever unfolds.

On Easter Sunday, I was baptised into new life in Jesus Christ. I was born into a Hindu family and lived in that faith for 33 years - content and spiritually grounded. But my journey took a powerful turn after the loss of my mother. It was through that heartbreak that I encountered Jesus in a deeply personal way and chose to follow Him.

In the midst of that storm, I came to understand a suffering God.

For the past eight years, I’ve been on a path of self-discovery - asking questions, seeking truth, and searching for deeper meaning. That journey led me to Christ.

In my YouTube video (link in bio on @selflovethefoundation ), I share my full story and the speech from my baptism ceremony.

Thank you to everyone who watches, supports, and walks with me on this new path with Christ. If my journey speaks to you, I invite you to subscribe and follow along.
