Back in 2015, I wrote “I believe in Pilates” and now Pilates believes in me (HAHAHAJ CHAROT)

These past few months everything I did was centered on passing the exam—literally if i’m not doing pilates i would be studying it or teaching it . I would recite the 6 basic principles spiel while driving and read my flashcards as I blowdry my hair 🥲 GLAD THAT PART IS OVER!!!!!

This journey was crazy and it’s definitely not easy, but my love for movement and teaching kept me pushing forward. Starting from scratch with no physio background, I would have given up right away without the love and encouragement of my pilates family 🥹

Thank you Ms Vivian Zapanta for your time, generosity and your passion. Thank you for making so many dreams come true—to be mentored by you is a blessing that I would never take for granted.

To my husband who never ever stopped supporting my kabaliwan from day 1 onwards my gosh what would have become of me if it weren’t for you? I love youuuuu

To my Fit to Live fam thank you for believing in me and honing my skills as an instructor. Thank you to my co coaches who would share notes and willingly spend hours with me just for me to analyze their postures hahaha love you guys.
