DISCIPLINE > MOTIVATION ❤️‍🔥

When you don’t feel like showing up for yourself, that’s exactly when you need to. 😌

These before and after photos are 3 years apart. This has been my 2nd postpartum journey and tell me why I’m feeling my best I’ve ever felt! Over the past 3 years, I’ve lost a total of 61 lbs 🤭💪🏼

This transformation didn’t happen overnight—I’ve literally been working out since I was 6 weeks postpartum. Stay consistent, be patient, and never give up on yourself! 🫶🏽

Had the best time celebrating the grand opening of @torilei.jewl at Windward Mall! SIX amazing local businesses all in ONE storefront with so many cute finds! 😍✨

So grateful to be part of such a special day! Thank you for having me, and wishing you all endless success! 🫶🏽

A little scalp TLC with my girl @139beautybar ✨

Helps remove buildup, soothe dryness, refresh the scalp, and leave your hair feeling clean, healthy & full of volume.

Basically a facial for your scalp! 🤍

Two hula solos today, and my mama heart is SO proud! 🥹💗

Despite her being nervous, my Aleiah girl got up there with the biggest smile and danced so beautifully. Watching her step out of her comfort zone and shine makes my heart so happy.

So proud of you, my sweet girl! 🌺✨ by @sellaxrodriguez
