Who you hire matters.

We say it all the time but it’s true, especially in our current market. Higher inventory means more choices for buyers. It’s our job to make a great first impression, and it’s all in the details.

Our out-of-town buyers didn’t have the ability to take care of the little things and that’s where we came in. After coordinating with contractors for their extensive remodel, we got to work cleaning and prepping. Our sellers know and trust us to make sure the quality of their listing is up to par, that’s why we chose to do it ourselves rather than hiring out the job. The result? Happy sellers and a listing that we’re proud of.
