Good news for the Indonesian coffee industry, especially in the post-harvest processing sector. Natural Hydro Honey, a hybrid coffee post-harvest technique, was included in the "Coffee Journal" edition for the week of July 27, 2025. @mediaindonesia
This time, Huda @zahrulhuda_ a processor for @selosa_coffee, shares her experience with her latest post-harvest technique, inspired by @guzmanelkin , a Colombian coffee processor. This post-harvest "Natural Hydro Wash" process is a derivative of the NHH process, but the final stage involves washing.

A recap from our time partnering with @iamnotabarista at GCAG Indonesia.

We met local @pluluhan farmers, walked through their farms, and shared stories over cupping sessions featuring coffees from around the world — from Panama to Ethiopia to Colombia, including someone's very first Geisha.

A small idea grew into something bigger — a shared love of coffee that connected farmers, roasters, and us as coffee enjoyers, all in one place.

We even put together a little brewing competition, made possible thanks to @timemoreproducts and their incredible set of brewing tools. So much fun, so much learning, and honestly — a day we're beyond grateful for.

Thank you @iamnotabarista @pluluhan @selosa.coffee and @timemoreproducts for making this happen. Here's to more moments like this. by @selosa.coffee

DECAF (Decaffeinated coffee) adalah kopi yang telah melalui proses pengurangan sebagian besar kadar kafeinnya. Proses ini disebut dekafeinisasi, yang bertujuan agar orang yang sensitif terhadap efek setimulan kafein tetap bisa menikmati cita rasa kopi dengan aman.

Perbandingan kandungan kafein:
- Kopi biasa: 80-140mg kafein per cup
- Kopi Decaf: 2-7mg cafein per cup (menyisakan sekitar 0,3%- 1% kafein)
