@selqc turning watching I Kissed A Girl into a sport 🏏

Thank u 2 @theoldnunshead for putting up with our screams of terror (at the speed at which these lezzas are forced to move) and squeals of delight (at how cute they all are really) ❤️

Next Tues they’re screening the finale too!!! Go lesbians go.

Music is so healing💖🎶this quick, heartfelt choir warmup explores harmony in all senses. One of my favourite versions, sung by the incredible @selqc ❤️

Some highlights of our 2025! Somehow, it keeps getting better! Too many moments of joy and love to mention, but - safe to say we stepped UP a notch.
~our Christmas carols @theoldnunshead took over the street, joined by the incredible @shesgotbrasslondon
~We went on our 2nd retreat and fell deeper in love!
~We started doing pro gigs! Apart from a fee for our MD, All the £ we earn from commercial gigs goes into a community pot to make the choir accessible, so get booking!
~We did our first studio recording with the amazing @collisbrowne
~We showed up when it mattered to sing at solidarity vigils and protests, raising our voices for liberation and justice for all people

If you’d like to work with us or get us into your community space this year drop an email to southeastlondonqueerchoir@gmail.com

If you’re keen to join the choir you can join the waitlist via the form in our bio and keep an eye out for an email invite. Invitations are made via a ballot and keeping a balance of voices.

Thank you everyone who made 2025 so special :) we love you.

There is so much to fight for and so much to love - don’t give up, it’s what they want xxx by @selqc

Hey beautiful people! This action has been moved to FRIDAY 12th December 8.30am outside Woolwich crown court. Come and raise your voices for Palestine and for those on trial right now for protesting against the genocide. There’s a rehearsal today (Sunday 7th) 3-5pm at Palestine House, Holborn - if you can’t make that, still come to the court on Friday. Spread the word! Share this post, tag a friend you want to come too!

Thanks all those that have helped spread the word on this so far. If you have any questions send a DM.

Sign up at the link in bio to get the music sent to you ahead of time.

LETS GO PPL
