🥂🌹 Cheers to choosing ourselves again and again

I’m learning that self-love isn’t just affirmations… it’s action. Showing up for myself even when life feels busy and keeping the promises I make to myself.

This Pilates & Prosecco experience at @selvalofts hosted by @lishann.yvonne 🥳 was more than just a workout, it was a reminder that pouring into yourself can be both challenging and beautiful.

From the intentional instructor @badd.beni who created a safe and empowering space, to the gifted grip socks and wellness surprises, to ending the class with nourishing refreshments and prosecco… every detail felt like an invitation to slow down and honor myself.

Miami has such a beautiful wellness community, and I’m so grateful to experience spaces that make you feel stronger, softer, and more connected to yourself.

Thank you @selvalofts for creating such a beautiful experience.

Murder Mystery ✅
Masquerade Wine Ball ✅
Brunch And Brushstrokes ✅

What started as a vision to curate high-class community experiences has grown into something truly special. Each event is thoughtfully designed with intention, refinement, and a top-tier execution—and the love from our community continues to speak for itself 🤍

Located in the heart of Wynwood, Miami’s iconic art district, we knew the experience had to match the setting. We sought out to find someone to match this level of prestige with professionalism and the inspiring and visionary @dilonedesigns brought our vision to life and beyond. Moving forward we’d love to add her to the team of Selva based on how it went and love to take this time to highlight her 🤍

Forever grateful for our team, our guests, and the energy that made it unforgettable. This is our promise to continue to bring forth what we sought out for 🤍 and special thank you to our staff videographer @whoisblackgatsby for capturing this beautiful moment . We are proud to have you on board 🤍

Up next: Pilates & Prosecco 🥂
