Where greatness feels like home🫶🏽

Tomorrow, I will walk across the stage to earn the degree that I have worked so incredibly hard for. But as a black woman, it means more than that. Choosing to attend A&T, helped me understand that being Black is not something that should be minimized or explained. It is the standard, the culture, the history and the excellence that embodies Black beauty. A&T is proof that Black dreams deserve space to grow and I am forever grateful to have grown within it.

There aren’t enough thank you’s in the world to give to you, A&T. Thank you, for giving more than a education, thank you for changing my life.

Forever a Sweetheart, est. 1992.✨

To the Blue & Gold Marching Machine,
Thank you for showing me what it takes to be in the #1 HBCU Band in the country. Not too many people can say this, but I am one of the lucky few that got to experience the true definition of resilience, passion and determination all wrapped into a symphonic bow. The opportunity to be alongside some of the greatest and most inspiring musicians was an honor, something that is truly unforgettable.

To Golden Delight,
Thank you for allowing me to understand what it truly means to be apart of the sweet life. To be surrounded by so many Black women who share the same love for this art was a gift and I will never take that for granted. I will carry this wisdom, courage and legacy with me forever.

Lastly but certainly not least, to my sisters:
Thank you for always being my light in the darkness. Losing my grandfather in the beginning of my rookie season was one of the worst moments of my life and because of your love, I was able to hurt, to struggle and to find joy again in the one thing that brought us together. I couldn’t imagine going through this life with a more brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous group of women. I love you GD 23’ in every lifetime💖

With Love, signing out,
PrimAl pAssion💕 GD 23’

It doesn’t get better than COBE.

In just 8 days, I will be graduating from THEE illustrious North Carolina A&T State University and to say this is surreal would be an understatement. Thank you Merrick Hall, for the opportunity to learn and grow beyond the classroom.
