I think this is one of my favorite pics from the whole shoot and as soon as I saw it I had this vision of these lil neon graffiti edits. I didn’t have time to do wings and a tail for the actual cosplay so I had a lot of fun adding these in!

happy 10th anniversary to @critical_role! cosplaying Percy, Calianna, FCG, and even the Astrid costest (that I SCRAMBLED to do the first time we got a character description) have been so delightful and the community I have found in critters and critter cosplayers has been the best in the world. here’s to more years of nerdy ass voice actors rolling dice and telling stories 🍻🎲 by @semiprofessionalgeek

The quote that inspired my ribbons for DragonCon last year- won’t be attending this year for multiple reasons but starting to feel a little bit of the FOMO as I see people posting cosplay lineups and such 😔 But there’s always next year, or the year after that, or the year after that…

happy pride! here’s all the LGBTQ+ characters I’ve cosplayed!

calianna: confirmed wlw by her creator/player

scorpia: confirmed wlw by Nate Stevenson post-show (but we knew)

nimona: literally genderfluid by every definition

bonus OC at the end (woe, mini lore dump be upon ye): Thomasin- she’s a knight who grew up in proximity to the royal family via the page-squire-knight pipeline and fell in love with the princess as a result, only to wind up as her personal knight 😳 (i have. a lot of pent up lore about her. I need to remedy that.)

On the way to my FCG shoot at DragonCon I found a plastic gold coin on the ground. Was it a sign? I dunno but I had a great bonus prop for the shoot! 🪙

It’s taken a while to settle on a look for my FCG cosplay and I don’t think I’m done making mods- its hard enough to cosplay a robotic character and harder when they are only sort of human shaped 😂 but I do like the sort of apocalypse punk vibe I have going on (and excuse the pink hair; I had to dye it for my nimona cosplay that weekend due to a wig failure 😅 but I think it still works)
