Back on the lifting grind, Me and @michael_semi7 gonna start to put out some of our experience and knowledge in physical training.. both for Athleticism and Aesthetics. Holla at either of us if you are trying to take your function and natural bodily fashion to new levels.. Weeks gotten of to a start but im still appreciating this last weekend going to see Atreyu, Fire From The Gods, and Sevendust in Baltimore with my cuz @hungry_ryan_

Always a great time hanging with this man, me and him grew up as cousins but we are some of the best of friends. Got to jam out and just talk life and dreams being made into reality. I may be a day late, but I was busy doing Jedi stuff 😉

Onelife #hagerstownmd (Valley Mall) members, come try out our strike classes for #free for the next few weeks! We got a full schedule that fits everyone's timeline.

There are both conditioning/strength oriented sessions as well as skill development sessions for Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai. All sessions are taught and run by current or former martial arts competitors, so come try it out and join the Strike community where we mix fitness with realistic self defense and martial arts skill development 👊 and yes Ill teach you some Jedi S*** 😏 by @semithejedi
