Last nights highest paused squats 102.5kg x2.
Depth is not the best but considering I’ve had a cold since Saturday & been feeling crap I’m happy with this. Happy to have shown up even when I would’ve preferred staying on the couch.

Whole session:
Paused Squats 2 @90kg, 2 @102.5kg, 4 @85kg
DB reverse lunges 2x13 @17kg
Tempo DB RDL 2x15 @22kg
Standing calf raises 2x20
Decline sit-ups 2x20
DB side bend 2x18 @20

Yes that’s in my garage gym.

New Norcia monastery tour that we did a few weeks ago.
Really interesting place.
They used to grow their own wheat to make bread & beer with. But they no longer grow their own crops. So their bread is made with bought wheat & their beer is made by another swan valley brewery. But they do make their own bread in the wood fired ovens still. taken in New Norcia Benedictine Community by @sen.pmc

Celebrated Titans 1st bday yesterday.
Thank you Ash, John & Elsie for coming over & for the mouse that he loves so much. I think Titan loves her 🥰

As you go through the photos you will see the start of Titans day, the most important thing is his pee time, then he goes off to scratch the door frame to clean up after himself 😂
Had his breakfast in the patio area with sardines in spring water, human grade of course.
Had a trip to Bunnings to get cat grass to share with his brother & sisters. Zee Zee got stuck into it straight away. He wasn’t too keen on Bunnings.
Then got toys & snacks from Petbarn.

Finished his day off in the shower. His fave place to hang throughout the day.

Happy bday beautiful boy 💚 taken in Aveley Swan Valley by @sen.pmc
