To join, you simply apply through a short form. This helps us understand your energy, interests, and what you’re looking for, so every gathering feels aligned and meaningful.

Seven months of SENDA.

What started as just an idea has grown into a beautiful community, more than I ever imagined.

Madrid has been the most inspiring place to build SENDA, and I feel incredibly grateful to spend my days planning and creating events that bring women together in some of the city’s most beautiful studios, restaurants, and spaces.

There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t stop and think how lucky I am to do this.

To every woman who has come to an event, every partner who has opened their doors to us, and everyone who has supported SENDA from the very beginning: THANK YOU.
You’ve made this community what it is today.

The ARO Experience. ✨

An evening at one of Madrid’s newest and most beautiful wellness spaces.

Our community moved through Pilates Reformer: CORE with @alvopilates and Heated Strength with @isabelnavalon_ before gathering over smoothies, healthy snacks, and meaningful conversations.

A huge thank you to the entire @movewitharo team for welcoming us so warmly. We also loved experiencing the AURA Recovery Room in the days that followed.
