What spell have I been falling victim to

Wave of sadness on a snowy day

It crept in like a thief in the night
Ready to take every ounce of happiness I had
I’m trying
I’m really trying to stop it
I’m trying to push it out
But it’s unwilling
This wave of sadness has hit me
Hit me like a ton of bricks
I can’t carry it out
It’s stuck, no it’s just too heavy
I’m supposed to be happy
It snowed today
I should be happy
It snowed today
This sadness holds me hostage
I’m screaming for help
But no one can hear me
This wave of sadness has me trapped
I’m stuck in a cage
Sinking to the bottom of the ocean
Reaching out my arms trying to swim out
But the surface keeps getting further and further
Help

Smile you’re on camera

Im always smiling
But little do they know behind those smiles pain resides
I’m always smiling
I can’t help but smile
It’s all I can do
It hurts so much, I hurt so much
But here comes the smile
The mask for my pain
The mask I wear to show people I’m fine
