7 years ago 😱 I challenged myself in so many ways here: this video was shot almost entirely on blue screen & we were mixing live action with animated graphics way before ai was a thing. We somehow casted the perfect twins for @dojacat & @riconasty . The whole team millennial avengered our childhoods into the perfect little nostalgic world, although I don’t think any of us could’ve imagined just how much of a mark it would make in the cultural zeitgeist. Can’t wait for the day someone wikipedias me after watching a feature of mine and they say omg and she directed Tia Tamera? Woah (woah) taken in Los Angeles, California by @senoradirectora

said yes to a new experience today - I was nervous & almost cancelled but now I’m forever embedded in a piece of art. I walked in self conscious & walked out feeling beautiful. And that’s today’s lesson in always saying yes #headofyes @virgin (consider this a precursor to my application 🤠)

doesn’t look like athleticism but sure feels like it when you’re holding these poses for 5 minutes !

25 years ago today.

As Don rushed to the World Trade Center site to be one of the first responders, I quickly handed him my digital camera.
It was a terrifying and deeply emotional day. At one point, while I was speaking with him on the phone, I suddenly heard him scream, “The building is falling!” — and the call went dead.
Don witnessed unimaginable devastation. He helped identify some of the victims and helped free a man who was impaled by a piece of metal. In the man’s wallet, he found photographs of his wife and young twin children. Those images stayed with Don.
Years later, Don developed severe emphysema and struggled terribly to breathe.
And as the tragedy was unfolding, my next-door neighbor came rushing to my door and told me to fill my bathtub with water. He said, “This reminds me of how World War II began.” The fear in those words captured the feeling of that day.
Twenty-five years later, the memories remain vivid.
Today, my heart goes out to all those we lost, their families, the first responders, survivors, and everyone whose life was forever changed by September 11. #september112001 #wtc #neverforget911 by @senoradirectora

The life of a showgirl part 1 💃🏽 what a rollercoaster performing at the worlds largest performing arts festival for the first time ever was but I can’t wait to do it all again 🤭

thank you to my venue @jttedinburgh that moved mountains for my little cabaret inside a newly renovated country bar LOL.

the best glambot in all of Scotland miss @robyne89 who got my hair & make up done in under an hour and preceded to do 3 lash changes, 3 hair changes and 2 full face changes INSIDE a 45 min show (someone matches my wackadoo!),

@rosieproudfoot13 who kept spirits high even on the hardest of days, @elllie.smitth who understood the hotties 4 hotties flyering assignment, @ed_jacobs_ who got a crash course in what teching a show with 69138 cues feels like, & special major thank yous to @sean.sheehy47 & @rhyspuddin for being lighting wizards and caring so much about making the show the best it could be! I love you all xoxo

dreams don’t come true unless you water them 💜🪄 4 years ago I said I’m gonna perform at Edinburgh and tbh, I didn’t even believe myself back then.

Now my whole family is here to see me on the boulevard (princes st)
