This is a couple weeks late, but since today was supposed to be her due date, @senoralanza and I are happy to announce that Vesper Joy Roper made her lengthy, slightly chaotic, and healthy entrance into the world at 2:08 AM on September 2nd. I don’t think you truly know what kind of partner and teammate you have in a marriage until you have a child. I couldn’t be more proud to have Kaysi as my wife and the mother of my daughter. No man could go through this process with as much courage as she did. Although this is just the beginning, I know Vesper is destined to be independent, intelligent, hard working, loving, empathetic, strong, beautiful, and humorous just like her mom as long as I don’t mess it up. My prayer for V is that she comes to know Jesus at an early age and that she knows beyond all doubt that her parents love her so much. #prayforme #babyV #girldad by @senoralanza

It’s a day late, but I’d be lost without @senoralanza and the other 3 (soon to be 4) members of our family. Baby VJR doesn’t know how great of a mom she’s going to have! Happy 4th anniversary! I look forward to many more! by @senoralanza

Other instructors teach classes.
Ours help build the House.

Today, we’re celebrating two instructor anniversaries whose impact goes far beyond the schedule.

✨ Cara Buese, 4 years
Cara brings consistency, perspective, and a belief in what the body is capable of, even when the mind wants to stop first. She has grown with SculptHouse as both a client and an instructor, pushing herself and her classes to stay curious, strong, and engaged. Her energy makes hard work feel possible and fun, and her longevity speaks to the care she brings into every room she leads.

✨ Kaysi Roper, 2 years
Kaysi leads with heart, connection, and a constant reminder that you are stronger than you think. She builds confidence through encouragement, great music, and real relationships with her clients. Her background in healthcare and dance shows up in how thoughtfully she teaches, meets people where they are, and creates a space that feels welcoming, safe, and empowering.

They represent what makes SculptHouse different.
Care for the method.
Care for the people.
And a commitment to showing up, year after year, with intention.

Thank you, Cara and Kaysi, for helping make the House what it is.
Strong looks good on you. 🖤 taken in SculptHouse by @senoralanza
