A few things are getting extended this week at Common Garage...

It’s a SIX HOUR SUPER SESSION for Mrs Browne Bakes on Wednesday! After seeing a few disappointed faces turn up after work last week, Mrs Browne Bakes is coming back with a School Holidays Super Session this Wednesday, July 8, trading from 12pm–6pm. This is your EXTENDED chance to get your hands on the best sweet treats in town!

On Friday, The Paella Guy is pulling a double shift, serving both lunch and dinner from 12pm–2pm and again from 4pm–8pm. Joining him for the evening session is Señor BBQ, who has made himself quite at home at the Garage since making the move to Ballarat.

Then, on Saturday night, another familiar face returns. Cori Catering is back from 4pm–8pm, showcasing native Australian ingredients, making it the perfect dinner to celebrate NAIDOC Week. If you are yet to experience Cori’s cooking, it is something to behold!

And remember, Common Garage is open from 9am Wednesday through to Saturday, with coffee, jaffles, cupcakes and donuts from Alice the Coffee Trailer.

And knowing the Garage... there may still be a few more announcements to come.

We’ve reached that part of the week where cooking starts to feel like an unnecessary administrative task.

🔥 Friday Night FnCs The grills are firing up as Señor BBQ returns to the Garage, joined by Mr Squidgy for a Friday night combination that feels less like dinner and more like a reward for surviving the week.

🇬🇷 Saturday Night This Saturday, Greek on the Street takes over the Garage, serving the kind of authentic Greek street food that reminds you just how good simple food can be when it’s done properly.

☕ ALICE THE COFFEE TRAILER Open from 9am Friday and Saturday, because every good weekend deserves a proper start.

Another week, another fresh schedule, laid back vibes and amazing food.

Wednesday afternoon, Mrs Browne Bakes is back from 2pm–6pm with her world-class baked treats.

Friday we’re doing something a little different.

From 12pm–2pm, we’ll be showing Australia’s World Cup clash with Paraguay. Think of it as our own mini live site — somewhere to watch the game without fighting for a seat in a crowded pub.

Friday night we’re closed due to a family event...

Then Saturday “scrolls” around, with Fresh Baked by Josh returning from 11am–2pm with his famous scrolls and a few reasons to forget whatever diet you started this week.

From 4pm–8pm, Señor BBQ is making himself at home at the Garage as he fires up the charcoal grill and takes care of dinner.

And through it all, Alice is open from 9am Wednesday through Saturday.

Coffee, toasties and cabinet treats, this week featuring Desire Donuts! A Garage favourite!

A new week with new food, new friends, and new reasons to visit the Garage.

Of course, Alice is open from 9am Wednesday through Saturday, the coffee is flowing, and the usual mix of familiar faces and new discoveries continues, but we know you came here for the headliners...

Friday night brings something a little special. Señor BBQ makes their Common Garage debut, teaming up with Mr Squidgy for the second Friday night FnCs session. Traditional Argentinian charcoal barbecue, flames, smoke, and plenty of theatre — it’s the kind of cooking that’s as much about the experience as what’s on the plate — but what’s on the plate is better than any show!

On Saturday, Fresh Baked by Josh returns for lunch with his range of sweet and savoury scrolls, including hot scrolls that’ll make a perfect winter lunch.

And, of course, Wednesday afternoon is Mrs Browne’s! Mrs Browne Bakes rolls back into the Garage from 2pm–6pm with her incredible baked goods, joined by Hot Didely Dogs, serving up the comfort food Ballarat winters were made for.

Cakes. Coffee. Dogs. Pastries. Charcoal barbecue. Scrolls.

Just another week at Common Garage.
