HI, I AM SOPE 👋

If you are new here, let me introduce myself!

I have been building my cake business for the past 10 years, and I have been in the UK for almost 4 years.

One thing that has really stood out to me over the years is the feedback I constantly receive from my customers about how good my cakes taste!

I have had so many customers tell me that they have never tasted anything like it before, and honestly, that makes me so proud.

I will confidently say that I make one of the best Red Velvet cakes in the UK… but do not just take my word for it. Try it first! 😁

My focus is on wedding cakes and celebration cakes, serving Hampshire and available to travel across the UK.

I do not just make beautiful cakes, they taste amazing too!

One thing about me is that I am BIG on attention to detail. I want your wedding or celebration cake to stand out, look incredible and be one of those things your guests will still be talking about long after the celebration.

And we have some exciting news!

We recently launched our very own cake studio in Whiteley, Hampshire, where we can now welcome couples for face-to-face wedding cake consultations.

During our studio launch, some of our intending couples visited us and received some lovely freebies from us. 🎁

We are still extending these freebies to couples who book their wedding cakes with us this year!

Want to know what is included? Get in touch and I will tell you all about it.

But that is not all…

I also teach! 👩🏽‍🍳

If you have always wanted to learn how to bake and decorate cakes, improve your skills or take your cake business to the next level, I offer hands-on cake training from our studio.

Whether you are looking for your dream wedding cake, a beautiful celebration cake, or you want to learn how to create cakes yourself, I would love to work with you.

📩 You can contact me by email, phone or text using the contact details in my bio, or simply send me a DM.

And if you are new here… WELCOME! 🥰

Thank you for being here and supporting my little corner of the internet. Here is to creating many more sensational cakes and beautiful memories! taken in Hampshire, UK, England by @sensationalbitez

Imagine achieving this at your very first cake training!

My student was a complete beginner who wanted to stop guessing and finally master chocolate ganache.

She enrolled in our 2-in-1 Chocolate Ganache and Swiss Meringue Buttercream Class, and look at what she achieved!

The secret to a flawless ganache finish isn’t luck. It’s understanding the right techniques, consistency and application.

Ready to stop guessing and start ganaching with confidence?

Send us a DM to book your 1:1 training!

Few slots left before the year ends!

Wonder why people keep coming back for our cakes?

It’s the taste!

We love creating beautiful cakes, but what’s inside matters just as much. Our cakes are moist, full of flavour and paired with delicious fillings that make every flavour different.

In fact, so many of our customers make the decision to book us after tasting our cakes(especially couples) and that’s something we are incredibly proud of.

These are just a few of our most requested flavours. We currently have up to 15 flavours on our menu, each unique in its own way.

So whether you are planning a wedding, birthday, celebration or special event, and you have been sitting on the fence about ordering from us… take this as your sign.

Send us a message to see our full flavour menu or visit our website.

Beautiful on the outside. Even better on the inside.

Two swans, one beautiful love story🦢

A timeless all-white wedding cake featuring handcrafted swans, intricate vintage piping and delicate details throughout.

The swans coming together to form a heart made this design even more special and hearing how much the bride loved her cake was the perfect ending.

2027 wedding diary is now open.
