@senseistrange working through a long contact juggling sequence today at @templeofham flow jam.

I originally started getting into contact juggling because I suspected the skills would transfer to camera operation. Control, balance, spatial awareness, timing.

Watching this back I get the feeling I’m only scratching the surface of what this crossover between flow arts and camera movement can become.

More experiments coming.

Flowjam today and I picked up some new contact juggling tips from @senseistrange . I filmed a separate clip of him that I will post soon so you can see what he was doing up close.

Also great seeing @justin.dale.performance and @skinny_circus again. I have learned a lot from both of them over time and it is always good sharing space and trading techniques.

Thanks to @kiri_moon_ @templeofham for running the flow jam and keeping these sessions going.

More clips from today coming soon.

Contact juggling is a rare art, part illusion, part meditation, all circus. Noah’s work is precise, controlled, and FUN! 🎪🔮

The club’s smooth-talking bootlegger, @senseistrange aka Johnny Moonshine, moves like a man with secrets to keep. He’s got a dangerous charm, a perfect smile, and a way of spinning his story…both on and off the stage…that keeps everyone guessing.

Step into his world TOMORROW Nov 20 and Friday Nov 21 @thegrandyyc for Beyond the Big Top Cabaret.

🎟️ Tap the link in bio to secure your seat — every ticket fuels the growth of circus and performing arts in Calgary.

20 shows in 10 days ❤️ Who'd of guessed we could get this classy at the Calgary Stampede, eh? 🤠

Can't wait to share this choreography with you all! After receiving a grant to parctice Hat and Cane, me and @senseistrange spent months writing this syncronized piece 🎩🎩🎩 And the stampede was the perfect place to unveil it 🤟
