I’ve finally found some shed time to install the new @highspeed_engineering driveshafts, the cut and shut shafts were the OG ones made to get the car moving when it went from Nissan MA10 power to Hayabusa,
The cut and shut shafts did get a trackside welding fix to the short shaft at Collie earlier this year thanks to @brettghedina and now pulled the other shalf out to see it is also cracked around the original weld.
I’ve broken 2 other sets of shafts over the years as we have pushed more and more power and grip into the car.

@nail_brewing bringing back some of the old timers that I haven’t seen in many years.
I’m pretty sure Claydens Brew was the first Barrel aged Stout I tried years ago, didn’t understand the style of beer all those years ago but a Barrel aged stout is now a favourite and always big hitters at 10%+
Look forward to the bank account taking a hit with more old school Nail beers being released,
May have ordered another throw back this afternoon sitting at the pub 🤣 by @sensiblephil

Day 1 done
Still battling teething issues and only getting 1 proper push lap
The car is faster than I am currently and doesn’t have any grip on the Hoosiers
At least it looks good on track 😏

Snippet of today’s testing, wasn’t all smooth sailing but it was quick and I wasn’t too far behind it 😏
Couple of easy to fix issues popped up

It’s back on the ground fully assembled for the first time in a while, things escalate and snowball out of control 🤪
More power, more aero
Finish corner weights and wheel alignment tomorrow and go testing in Collie on Friday

He’s back up in all his 4.3m glory
Hopefully gets some root base back an the rope and star pickets can be removed

Few pieces of collateral damage as it was way too heavy to pick up

Euphorbia down 😔
Planted this guy in 2020 and it was about 4 foot tall, just came down in the wind and would of be about 15 foot tall
Missed the car luckily
