A couple of weeks ago, a homeowner reached out to us looking for help after a spray foam project didn’t turn out the way he expected from another insulation contractor.

These are before and after photos.

Unfortunately, the situation had gotten to the point where portions of the roofline had to be removed to properly address the insulation.

That’s where Sentinel Insulation came in. 🇺🇸

We worked with the homeowner to find a solution that fit within his budget, removed the foam that needed to come out, and gave the roofline the attention it deserved.

Project completed in Kittery, Maine! 🏡

Our crew installed Rockwool in the exterior and interior walls, plus cellulose in the cathedral ceiling. We also air sealed and made the home more efficient with closed cell spray foam in the bandjoist and a few other areas to maximize the projects efficiency.

Rockwool helps reduce sound between rooms and holds its shape for a snug fit in wall cavities.

Cellulose provides thorough coverage in the cathedral ceiling, helping the home retain heat through Maine winters and stay more comfortable year-round.
