I've enjoyed the rush of getting the best scores and feeling proud of my accomplishments throughout my academic career. But I've also had times of difficulty and disappointment, battling the lowest marks, and doubting my skills.

But these ups and downs are precisely what has made me into the person I am today. They have helped me develop my resiliency, resolve, and understanding of the value of enduring hardship. I've discovered that growth and transformation along the way serve as more accurate indicators of success than the grade on a report card.

Today, I graduate with a degree as well as the knowledge that the road is just as important as the final goal.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the utmost high, Lord Jesus Christ, to everyone who has contributed to this amazing adventure, to my family, to my batchmates, to my friends, and sa bumubuo ng Angat Buy-ay. Your confidence in me, your encouragement, and your support have made a huge difference. Without each and every single one of you, I would not have accomplished this milestone.

Let's keep in mind that, when we all begin new chapters in our life, success is not always linear and that what truly defines us is our ability to bounce back from failure. Let's treasure the memories we've made together and welcome the difficulties that lie ahead, confident that we have what it takes to overcome them.

POV: Binasa mo yung buong chapter, inintindi mo bawat explanation, minemorize mo pa yung exceptions… tapos sa last page sasabihin lang:

“This provision has been repealed by the new law.” 😭📚⚖️

So basically, yung 30 minutes na pagbabasa ko was not studying… historical research pala. HAHAHAHA

Law school really teaches you two things: read the law, and check if buhay pa yung batas na binabasa mo. 💀

At first, everything looks peaceful. You attend class, take notes, read a few cases, and tell yourself:

“Kaya ko ‘to.”

Then suddenly…

🦖 Recitation — something is chasing you.
🦖 Case readings — there are 15 more waiting behind you.
🦖 Cold calls — you hear your name and freeze.
🦖 Exams — the final boss has entered the park.
🦖 Deadlines — they somehow multiply overnight.

And just when you think you’ve survived the week…

“For next meeting, please read these additional cases.” 😭

Law school really is a walk in the park.

Unfortunately, the park has dinosaurs. 💀🦖
