My first week in Rishikesh! 🌊

So different from my last two wonderful winter ski seasons! Which is great, because I feel so different. How different will I feel next year? Or in five years, twenty?

I am excited to find out!

Working on an assignment for yoga philosophy - we have to create a drawing featuring a river, a tree, a mountain, a sun, a snake, a bird, a path, a house and a me. I am not sure why - I will find out in Wednesday's class. But how perfectly it aligns with my ambition to draw more this year!

Two of the most tranquil weeks of my life interning with organic activists - a soil biologist and a medical herbalist. Their Land is used for horticulture therapy and you can feel it (or hear it, like the frog sounds at the end). I hope I can cultivate the same kind of peace in my garden. by @sequoia_koritko
