If you can’t make handmade patterns/patterns for scratch, are you really a designer? I think understanding patterns and construction is essential to being a good designer. Even if you don’t do it all the time and have those you hire to do specific jobs, one should always have a thorough understanding if you’re going to make clothes that fit and function well! by @sequoiasierraofficial
