It’s #Cancer Season! 🦀♋️ Many many sources say that July Cancerians are the BEST fighters. Hey, I didn’t say it- but I’ll leave that up to you. 😜 Thank you to all my training partners that make me look good. Black Belt loading…. 🥋 It’s my time. 😝

(And yes, I really did smack @snoiuffleupagus that hard 🤣)

It’s been a year since @diane_keaton ‘s passing and I’m still not okay…. 😭😭

Throwing it back to one of my favorite moments on @helloross podcast show that I used to produce back in the day. We had a lot of fun! 🤗

Everyone needs to go watch #BabyBoom RIGHT.NOW.

Thought this would be fun to do w/ my bestie @avatar_cindy ! Just two creatives in their bags, doing their thing! Thanks Cindy for making a very busy day even more fun! 🤗🎥

Had a great All Women Roll Day. 💪🏼💦

Always good to move the body, be able to teach the less experienced (and remind myself how far I’ve come 😁), and then be humbled a few minutes later (to remind myself there’s still so much more to learn 😝)

“You grow into the woman your younger self would run to for protection.”

Blackbelt loading….

Had to jump on this bandwagon….

This is more in response to the belief (especially perpetuated here by the 🤡 @katebarstool ) that is imposed on female society that we’re “incomplete” if we’re not married, have kids, have a house, etc. All the stuff we “don’t have” that we’re SUPPOSED to by this age.

NO, I still don’t have those things. But what I do have:

Job ✅
Money ✅
Roof over my head ✅
Health ✅
Friends ✅
Opportunities ✅
Memories ✅
Values ✅
Freedom ✅

Fuck anyone who still gives into societal norms and especially those who JUDGE you for not following, like Kate Barstool. (FU🖕🏼🖕🏼)

Another #PrideMonth 🏳️‍🌈 has come and gone and I’m still BI myself. I give up…. At least I have coffee…. ☕️

Also quite possibly the best use of my film degree ever.
