POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

DC has a way of making every love story feel timeless.

Between the stately architecture, quiet gardens, and soft evening light, the city offers an elegance that never competes with the people in front of the camera—it simply frames their story beautifully.

The most meaningful photographs aren’t about perfectly posed moments. They’re about the effortless glance, the unrestrained laughter, the way two people naturally find each other in every frame. Those are the images that endure.

It was such a joy to explore the city with these two, and I already know their wedding day will be just as thoughtful, joyful, and beautifully understated.

For couples who value beautiful imagery, genuine connection, and an experience that feels as effortless as it looks, Washington, DC is always one of my favorite places to create.

#serapetrasphotography #virginialivingmagazine #virginialivingmagazinecover #virginialivingmagazinephotographer #virginiaphotographer #editorialphotographer #juliacurated The cover of Virginia Living magazine features a woman standing in an elegant, historic interior space. She is dressed in a fitted, patterned dress with long sleeves and stands confidently with one hand on her hip. A vintage wooden console table with floral arrangements is beside her, and a warm, inviting dining room is visible in the background. The headline reads “Staunton Style,” highlighting the story of influencer Julia Price finding love and meaning in a 19th-century Valley home. The cover also includes teasers for articles on Virginia’s top Christmas towns, Blue Ridge beauty, and award-winning local products. taken in Virginia Living Magazine by @serapetras

This is your warning: we got some work done. 📸✨
New shots of the lounge, the cocktails, and the hands that make it all happen. Swipe through and see why we can't stop looking either. Some things are just better in the right light.

Set in the heart of Virginia wine country, @pippinhillfarm is known for its beautiful setting, exceptional hospitality, and farm-to-table approach. When the team reached out to us to create a greenhouse for their estate, we knew it had to be something truly special.

The result is a 25’ x 25’ custom greenhouse, finished in Olive Green with a central cupola and connected directly to the main building.

The greenhouse is used for private lunches, wine dinners, and creative workshops, while also providing a year-round growing space for the estate’s award-winning kitchen.

A beautiful example of how a greenhouse can bring together growing, gathering, and hospitality.

There’s something special about seeing a place you know so well captured through someone else’s lens. 📸

We recently teamed up with @serapetras to capture The Depot Grille. From the tiniest of details to the staff who bring it to life, the food we’re known for, and the hospitality that keeps people coming back.

It was hard to choose but these are just a few of our favorites. by @serapetras
