When you are a free spirit with a wild heart ❤️‍🔥🐎🎉🎂

Getting on a horse is something I’ve been wanting to do for a LONG time and I’m finally glad I got to do it! As a birthday gift to myself (bc in August we ride 🐎), I did a trail coastal ride with @ocean_view_stables in the San Francisco Bay Area.

I learned so much more about myself and a bit on horse psychology and behavior! (Will be sharing soon!)

My guide Juan was simply amazing reassuring me the entire way. He matched me with the perfect horse. A true cowboy, his horse (much younger) was a bit stubborn at a certain point (and for me was extraordinary to witness the stubbornness of a horse). Juan and his horse eventually caught up with us and he continued to lead us back to the stables.

The trail ride was such an experience with coastal views, lush greenery and the sun shining down on us. (no karl the fog around). There is nothing quite like horse riding - not for the faint of heart, but if you have the heart to try- do it!

Now there is an excuse to get some ridin’ boots y’all🐴🤠👢

A San Francisco professional women’s volleyball team is comin’ in 2027. WHO is ready!? ❤️🏐 @lovb @lovbsf

The first match is going to be lit 🔥

Thank you Harrington’s Bar @harringtonsbar_sf for hosting the watch party!🏐

As a SF native - who played and coached in San Francisco - the volleyball stars really do align! ⭐️🏐⭐️

I attended both NCAA Hawai’i vs Stanford Men’s Volleyball matches at Stanford University and it was so fun! 🏐

I love the women’s volleyball game, TRUST ME and I love how women’s sports are growing in the U.S., BUT there is something quite unique about the men’s volleyball game that makes it even more intriguing to watch.

With the men’s game, you are looking at higher velocity, much higher speed, power, and verticality. This means there is a less margin for error. When you understand this, you see why when the men rally it’s a big deal. People who say the men’s volleyball matches are boring do not understand the mechanics of the men’s game nor what it takes to actually serve and score and serve, pass, hit and score at the pace that is needed to succeed. It just hits differently... so I do really want to grow men’s volleyball in the USA.

We gotta show love to them too right @lovb @lovbsf @mlv ? ❤️🏐

I coached youth sports for 10 plus years and though coaches never do coach for following or clout-| do think it’s time we give the coaches some love too 💘💝

Much more lifestyle volleyball content comin’ your way y’all so stay tuned.... And ya- Bay Area traffic is brutal. 🚗

Oh and hats off to the Stanford’s dj both days! 🕺 💃 🪩 ¡vamos!
