Finally, plans that don’t require recovering from the next day. 🤍

A floating bed, a cosy blanket and the sounds of crystal bowls, gongs and chimes played live around you.

Bring your favourite person or come for a little time to yourself. We’ll have your bed ready. ✨

Yes, we’ll recommend someone else’s sound bath. 🤍

If we’re too far away or our dates don’t work for you, we’ll happily point you towards another wonderful practitioner.

We’ll like their posts, share their work, bounce ideas around and celebrate their wins. Because someone else doing well doesn’t take anything away from us.

There’s room for all of us to create something special.

Tag a sound practitioner or small business you love below. Let’s give them some love. ✨ by @serenitywaves_

You don’t have to be at breaking point to deserve a break. 🤍

This World Mental Health Day, we’re remembering that we never truly know what someone is carrying.

At Serenity Waves®, it means so much to us to create a space where you can arrive as you are, rest and spend a little time without anything being asked of you.

You don’t have to clear your mind or feel calm. You’re welcome on the messy days too.

A sound bath can’t solve everything, but there’s value in making room for rest, connection and kindness towards yourself.

Our job is to make the world feel a little quieter. Thank you for sharing those moments with us. 🤍

Usually, bringing a bed to the swimming pool raises a few eyebrows.

We brought enough for everyone. 🤍

A beautiful home leaves an impression before anyone has even taken a seat. 🤍

With Lumen, let scent be part of that welcome. Our waterless diffuser releases pure essential oil blends without water or heat, filling your space with an aroma that makes it feel thoughtfully yours. Pair it with Stillness, Immerse or Reset and set the mood for slow mornings, cosy evenings and guests who ask, “What smells so good?” by @serenitywaves_

A little pause for your feed. 🤍

Listen as the crystal pyramid gently spins, its ringing tones seeming to ripple and pulse around you.

Let this be a moment to soften your shoulders, unclench your jaw and simply listen. There’s nothing you need to achieve here.

We’re so excited to finally introduce the first Serenity Waves collection 🤍

Everyone deserves a moment to pause. Now, you can create one at home.

Meet LUMEN, our waterless diffuser, and our three essential oil blends: STILLNESS, IMMERSE and RESET. Alongside them is SOMNIA, our contoured eye mask, made for the moments you want to switch off completely.

Each product has been created with the same care we put into our sound bath experiences. We can’t wait for you to see them.

The collection is here. Explore it now through the link in our bio.

Can’t ask what’s for tea if you’re floating in the middle of a swimming pool. 🤷‍♀️😂 by @serenitywaves_
