And just like that, our two weeks of competitions are over. Next up is Romania and possibly Spain. 💪

A professional athlete’s season can be short, or it can stretch over several months, like ours. These first three shows have shown us that we can compete with some of the best girls. The key is to keep working and moving forward.

We never try to predict how things will turn out-there’s little point in that. But we know one thing for sure: we need to be even better for Romania.

Our team is staying positive. With the support of our friends and our gym, we’re continuing this journey. Thank you to everyone who is by our side, cheers us on, and believes in us. ❤️

For now, we just wanted to share a little update with you, our dear friends. Sending hugs to you all-we’ll keep putting in the work!

Всем привет . Каждый год мы становимся старше , опытнее и мудрее . Как не крути но возраст дает право не куда не спешить . Мало , что уже может удивить , а старые ошибки помогают не совершать новые. 🔥 Martin Edovald @fit_martin2020 - kogenud sportlane ja treener, Bull Mentula Classic 2025 absoluutne võitja ning sel aastal +95 kg kategoorias 2. koht. 🥈

Laval nähtava vormi taga on aastatepikkune töö, distsipliin ja trenn ka neil päevadel, kui üldse ei viitsi.

Sa ei pea valmistuma võistlusteks. Alusta enda eesmärgist, esimesest trennist ja veel ühest kordusest.

I wasn’t always like this. And I wasn’t always sure I could make it.

But every time life forced me to stop, I came back.

Not because it was easy.
But because I knew what I wanted.

The body is the result.
But behind it is so much more: character, discipline, patience, and the ability to keep going when nobody is watching.

Today, I look at this photo and think:

The greatest victory isn’t having the perfect shape.
