I usually ride for 45-60 minutes and recommend splitting your training into 3 steps:

1st - Warmup (10 minutes): Do your most basic, stable tricks so you can get used to the wave and conditions on the water.

2nd - Stabilize (15-20 minutes): Work on the tricks that you can’t land consistently.

3rd - Work on new tricks (15-30 minutes): Working on new tricks makes your progress much faster than you think.

Bonus tip: If you get frustrated by constant falls during the third step, just take a break for 5 minutes. Do your favourite, most stable tricks and just enjoy, because it’s the most important thing in your training session—just enjoying that time!

Between February and today, he put in the hours on the water, took some heavy crashes, but never stopped riding . The result? A much higher pop, solid edge control, and total fluidity on the landing.

Last year, I would only hope to ride like this. This season, it is not enough and I aim to land a few more tricks in one continuous run. Competing in outlaw will not be complete without those tricks 🤭🫠🥴🤣🧡 I will be most of the summer in Dubai, I’ll be happy to ride together.
