Madrid BWS it’s done and what a nice one ! 🤩

I often finish frustrated after the boulder comps, so many hours and effort for not the result that we hope, cheatings, some boulders too easy, others too hard…. I guess setting boulder comps is like that but what a pleasure this time when everything works well ! 6 rounds that went pretty well, all boulders topped, good fights from the athletes, good show and good ranking, I can’t ask for more 🫡🙏🏽

I think, one of the key points was the team: @tsukuru_8611 👨🏻‍🍳 @tukapon_41x and @annaborella 👩🏻‍🔬 and @enrique.beltranblasco @eneko_carre @jerome97_09 local heros 🦾 (special mention to this 3 🇪🇸 setters, such a good job you did and future you have) thanks for the good times to everyone, I enjoyed sooooo much ! Thanks for the extra help to @pastor_climb @lukclimb23 and Reini for the support and 🎥 all the week!

Fresh off the back of setting the first ever @proclimbingleague in London... this month we are really psyched to be joined by Spanish IFSC Routesetter Sergio Verdasco (@sergioverdasco)

Sergio joins us to talk about managing burnout and pushing the limits of routesetting, drawing on his deep experience across the international competition circuit.

Scroll on for a quick Q&A with the man himself 👀💥 by @sergioverdasco

@squadraholds volumes defining a true final problem powered by grip strength and body physical 🔥 It’s rare to share zero top problem, but thanks to routesetter @sergioverdasco & @yuuyak7 , here’s the first attempt from @anraku_sorato who came the closest 🤏 Watch the thumb on the micro holds and how the palm sets up the big reach 👀💁‍♂️

💥Bouldering Japan Cup💥

It was a unique experience, many years curious about how is and finally I got the chance to discover it: crazy high athletes level, different approach and process during routesetting, a loooot of testing and passion for climbing.
Super talented and strong team @tsukuru_8611 @kaito___w @zaragossa31 @yuuyak7 @hara.kenshin @tukapon_41x @marcy__n 🫡

Arigato BJC for inspiring and giving me exactly was I was looking for 🙏🏽 arigato @tsukuru_8611 and @kaito___w for the trust🙏🏽

Setting marathon still goes on, this time with the well known #DockMaster in @boulderhalenergiehaven 🤩

Thanks to the organisers for taking so much care of us, what a nice week ! 🙌🏽
And to the setting team for the good times @remisamyn_climbing @kaito___w @maelys.agrapart @gregorvezonik @annaborella 🫱🏽‍🫲🏻 happy to celebrate my birthday close to you 🫶🏽 (bonus video at the end, «how to open 3L champagne bottle»🍾😂)

Still didn’t found the magic formula, so one more 0 tops to the collection 😢 @saam.richard 🎥 with the «close try»
