Throwback to FinalBout 7. We brought some pretty obscure JDM cars, all of which are not traditionally "Drift cars". Two JZS171 Crown Athlete's (a normal V and a super rare VX model) and a JZX110 MarkII Blit. While they definitely weren't born for the track, the right mods can take them from Confused barges to Sure-ish Footed drift machines. We're all running the AK49 Drift Knuckles, and you can see the decent angle yet good fitment you can achieve with minimal mods. The two Crowns are running the SERIALNINE 509R top mount turbo kits (turbo/mani/accessories) on the 1JZ-GTE VVT-I's that come stock in those cars. The Blit is running the Stock mount 409R kit on an ARTEC mani on the 1JZ-GTE VVT-i which comes in the iR-V model. Good coilovers, short spindles, solid subframe and diff bushings along with some SERIAL999 arms round out the package to add control and precision, not to mention super low ride right and good stance.

❤️Hands down the most exciting and memorable part of our Vietnam trip was riding through the Northern Province of Hà Giang on the legendary Hà Giang loop❤️ The scenery was absolutely jaw dropping. We encountered a variety of stunning landscapes, each more spectacular and breathtaking than the last. Photos can't even come close to describing what you experience on this ride, it truly must be seen to be appreciated.

I rented a Kawasaki Versys-X 300 through @style_motorbikes this is a large bike for Vietnam but I wanted Comfort, Power and a real motorcycle. (Vietnam is predominantly 150cc semi-auto scooter things) It was perfect for what @kathryndeperalta and I wanted to do and we actually rode the loop in two days, which is at least a day less than most "tours" yet we still managed to see most of what we wanted to. Having the freedom of your own bike, not being tied to a tour group or riding on the back of an "easy rider" combined with the abilities of the Versys gave me the confidence to easily negotiate our adventures. These included a 26km/45 minute section through the night (thanks to the excellent lighting), and a 1 hour off road section of savage "road" construction through mud, rocks, loose gravel and working construction equipment, all the while being on the edge of a cliff with two people and 40lbs worth of gear on the bike.
If you like adventure I highly recommend it!
