Inspired by the city of Naples - authenticity isn’t a buzzword at Serious Slice, it’s the recipe. We tried their pizza ourselves and you can genuinely taste the difference. The 72-hour fermentation gives the dough that perfect light, airy bite, and the flavours stay true to real Neapolitan roots.

The Avocado Goat Cheese Panuozzo doesn’t come off an assembly line. It comes from the hands that make it, one order at a time.

It starts with dough that’s made differently.

This is a hot honey gorgonzola gnocchi appreciation post. A dish that sounds simple, but has a whole lot going on. Pillowy gnocchi, the bold, creamy depth of gorgonzola and just the right touch of hot honey to bring a little sweetness and heat into the mix.

Getting these flavours to work together takes a little more than a good recipe. It takes craft, attention to detail and an understanding of when to add a little more, and when to leave things alone. Nothing unnecessary, nothing done just for the sake of it. Just good ingredients, considered cooking and a whole lot of honesty on the plate. Some dishes deserve a little extra appreciation. A good tiramisu doesn't need much dressing up.

Ours starts with coffee-soaked sponge, layered with a light, creamy mascarpone and finished with a generous dusting of cocoa. The coffee cuts through the richness, the mascarpone keeps it soft and creamy, and the cocoa brings it all together.

And if you ask our regulars, this is the one they come back for. Some of them swear it’s the best tiramisu in the city. We’ll let you be the judge of that.

We've spent a lot of time thinking about our dough, our fermentation, and what happens when good ingredients meet a wood-fired oven.

Now, we've brought that same attention to the grill at Serious Slice Indiranagar.

The new Indiranagar menu has a few more things to get excited about, from the ingredients we work with to the way we prepare them. We're interested in what the grill heat can do, how it changes texture, brings out flavour, and gives each ingredient its own character.

This one took a while.

A lot of trial. A fair bit of error. And quite a few versions that never made it to the table.

We didn’t want to put our Crème Brûlée Pizza on the menu until we were happy with every part of it. The dough, the cream, the caramelised top, the whole thing had to work.

So after a lot of tweaking, tasting and going back to the drawing board, it finally made the cut.

One of the new additions to our Indiranagar menu. And honestly, we think it was worth the wait.
