This week marked the transition of two beloved souls from their physical bodies. It’s been a stark reminder of impermanence and validation of what these two modeled for me my entire life- life is a gift, worth living right now - do the things that bring you joy now, be with the ones you love and that love you in return now. Tomorrow isn’t guaranteed but that isn’t a fear factor, it’s a generator of hope, gratitude, joy and love. This month at Conscious Connection, we're exploring Alignment: what it feels like when what we think, feel, and do start moving in the same direction.
