Love you so much @_.mommyz._ love your crazy amount of support and patience with me over this prep. Much more your immediate understanding of what my goals are going forward. Before I said it you knew what has to be done and you said let’s fukn do it ! Time to grow and compete !

Having my family there and my kids old enough to watch me and enjoy what was happening was beyond amazing. Getting off stage having them wait for me to hug me was amazing!

The last video is the face on my oldest @zak__the_awesome of him trying to hold back my 2nd place. I got you mi gordo! Like I tell you after every disappointment in baseball “time to work harder so it doesn’t happen again” by @serru_physique

Yesterday was a reminder how much I fukn love competing. Much more it made me realize how much progress I could make with a real off season. My last show was 4 years ago and I thought I looked good at 172. This time we had a goal of 187 and my coach and I @eddyjfitness nailed it a 186.8 we made some real progress. Funny thing is we did this with no off season just good training and shitty diet because I thought I was done. Now the plan is to grow and dominate everything In my path for the next year ! Then run a few shows! This is going to be fun ! by @serru_physique
