WATCH AND LEARN with @aminatacreative

A sleek low bun is one of the most popular looks backstage at fashion week. However, what elevates this look is understating the nuances. A lot of designers want a flat almost none existent bun shape so using SK hairnet and strong pins are incredibly important in achieving this.

@aminatacreative is using one of our most popular pins @frenchieshairpins and Session Kit Hair net. As you can see during this video Aminata is firstly using the hairnet around the ponytail, this gives you control allowing the hair to be more malleable, neat and slimmer. Next she is using pins to anchor the shape before she pushes the pins in to secure. The this technique allows her work to perfectly shaped without using too much product or being over worked 🖤
