The wisdom I wish I had in my 30s and am so grateful to take into my new decade. Bring it on, I’m ready for whatever the universe has in store for me - even if I had to learn no 7 this hard way ✨

Snapped from birthdays over the last decade 🎂

Become your own best friend so you’ll never be alone and always have support.

And if you don’t cheer loudly for your friends, it’s time for some self reflection or better friends…

Do not underestimate the power of your thoughts to make things happen

Set your own standards and hold yourself accountable, don’t rely on other people’s opinions they don’t know you to your core

This one I learnt the hard way!

And this applies to so many things from relationships to exercise, nutrition and skincare!

And I always leave space open for people to come back into my orbit because you never know what the universe has planned 💫

Let’s do this 💪🏻 by @sessjay
