What an amazing Beautiful ' performance of these ladies who are with the "Serenity Studio Movement"
The Art of dancing is so special, They Know how

To move their bodies, Such an Art to be hold I spoke with one of the ladies and as she explained to me that so many ladies enjoy this Art of Dance for it's not just dancing but it's healing your body it's opening up channels it helps to heal and move parts of your body

I found it very interesting and it makes sense to move your body to heal your mind and soul so ladies listen if you are interested and ready to learn the art of belly dancing you will see in this post where the serenity movement studio is, I hope you enjoy the videos that I have and again I'd like to thank Andrea Rivera for inviting us it was a wonderful evening watching these beautiful Ladies dance ... ty 💜🖤 by @setdcfree
