Summer is here!From Sunday 5th July, we’ll be open seven days a week.Join us for dinner Monday to Friday, lunch and dinner on Saturdays, and every Sunday throughout summer we’ll be firing up the BBQ in the garden.Expect things over fire, seasonal plates, cold rosé, good bottles, and long afternoons that somehow turn into evening.And for those who keep asking, yes, our Moules Frites Saturdays are here to stay. Every Saturday lunchtime we’ll continue serving our classic mussels alongside the full à la carte menu.Bookings are now open, but as always, walk-ins are very welcome. Gather your friends, find a sunny spot in the garden, and come spend the summer with us. by @sete.margate

Meet Elisa.Japanese by way of some of London’s favourite food spots; including @koyalondon @thecamberwellarms and the wonderfully inventive @bompasandparr Elisa brings an incredible understanding of flavour to Sète. She somehow weaves her Japanese heritage into our very European menu in ways that feel completely natural. And yes, she’s our resident pickle wizard.When Elisa joined us, she was certain she didn’t want to be Head Chef. But with a little encouragement, a lot of support, and a team behind her, she’s stepped into the role with flying colours. Watching her grow into it has been one of the most rewarding parts of this year.She’s patient (she even taught @nataliaribbe how to survive in the kitchen), calm under pressure, and has built an incredible team for the summer season. She leads without shouting, listens more than she speaks, and makes everyone around her better.She may be small, but she’s an absolute powerhouse.We love you, Elisa. We’ve decided Sundays are for lingering.The grill will be on every Sunday throughout summer, with a menu that changes week to week depending on what we’re excited about cooking.Come for lunch. Once upon a time, we hosted an entire dinner dedicated to Caesar salad.Now we’re turning our love of the iconic salad to the œuf mayo.Gem lettuce cup, soft boiled egg, Caesar dressing, anchovy and pangrattato.A snack for the girlies.Available every day we’re open, which, luckily for you, is seven days a week. “Are you still doing your moules frites on Saturdays?”It’s one of the questions we get asked most often, and the answer is a resounding yes.Alongside our full à la carte menu, we serve a generous bowl of mussels with cream, leeks, white wine, and a few Sète touches that make them uniquely ours. Served, of course, with plenty of frites for mopping up every last drop.Join us for lunch in the garden, order a glass of something cold, and for a moment pretend you’re in the south of France rather than the south of England. 🇫🇷🍷 by @sete.margate

A little look at the menu for this weekend’s @okka.ldn takeover 🌞We’re so excited to have Yagmur and Panos joining us at Sète, celebrating the food, flavours and traditions they grew up with. Coming from coastal towns in Cyprus and Turkey, they’re bringing a little bit of their coast to ours this weekend and everything looks and tastes incredible.Think stuffed mussels, beautiful seafood, lots of herbs, spice, fire and dishes designed to share with good wine and friends around the table.We still have a few spaces left for dinner tonight (friday), plus some availability for lunch & dinner Saturday, so come down and eat with us.Saturday our £10 moules will be on, with a special Okka twist. Then on Sunday and Monday we’ll be firing up the barbecue 1-4pm with even more dishes alongside some of the menu you see here.Can’t wait for this one 💙 by @sete.margate
