tough out today at Fence Line Fight League. went 1-4 but am definitely not mad about my performance. it just showed me what i need to work on and where i am at. back to the gym to keep grinding ‼️

the few clips in this post are some of the good moments i had. first clip is a quick arm bar and the second clip is an octopus sweep to mount. after he tries to wrestle up i used an omoplata to spin him and followed by going for a knee bar.

overall, i the things i did good at today was my guard retention, submission defense, and transitioning. the thing i need to work on are my offensive submission threat. taken in Bagdad, Kentucky by @sethelawson
