Tangled Roots explores the history of cannabis cultivation in Humboldt County. Outlaw growers championed the plant for 50 years in the Emerald Triangle. Now corporations are taking over the industry and freezing out the trailblazers who sacrificed everything for the plant. Without these legacy operators and traditional markets, this culture would have been lost. It’s time to tell the real story from the people who lived it. This four part docu-series by White Boy creator Seth Ferranti sets the record straight.
