I read something last night, where someone had asked,“what is the music you like most in the world?” and the answer was “the music of what happens“.

I love music. I love seeing what happens. I love seeing it live and meeting the people and helping to make it happen. Endlessly grateful that I get to do that every day. Here’s some more 35mm film of some summer music exploration. by @sethkallen

Every January, I invite 25 managers to Mexico for @thistriptravel with a very simple premise; It’s lonely out there doing what we do for a living, and if we build a stronger community, then the stronger we are as managers. Everyone you see in these photos has gone through the ups and downs, the roller coaster, the emotional exhilaration and stress of being a manager. We’ve all shared in each other’s wins and losses, in each other’s exciting victories and painful failures. But the more we build bridges together, the more fulfilling this job gets.

It always takes me a few months to process what an incredible experience this is because each year IMS gets deeper and better. Thank you to all the amazing people who joined this year, who were open, kind, and brought so much joy and thoughtfulness to our weekend in Cabo. I love doing this so much.

Big thanks to our amazing partners @roam.artists @laylodotcom @onerpm @hybeamerica @redstarmerch @bmi @hotelelganzo for helping this come together this year. Next up, IMS2027 January 13-17, and maybe one in Europe coming soon… 👀
