Congratulations to Griffins on the Rise Alumni Honoree Charlotte Hibbard ’17, Corporate Communications and Advocacy Media Communications.

Charlotte is the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Gettysburg College, where she directs a nationally competitive NCAA Division III program. Since taking over in 2023, Hibbard has led the Bullets to a 69–20 record, four consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances, two National Semifinals, and a spot in the 2023 National Championship game. Her leadership earned her staff Centennial Conference (2024) and IWLCA Metro Region (2025) Coaching Staff of the Year honors. Hibbard previously served as Gettysburg’s assistant coach, held coaching roles at East Stroudsburg University and 3D Lacrosse, and holds a Master’s in Management & Leadership from East Stroudsburg University. by @setonhill_wlax

Last week the team had the opportunity to visit Outdoor Odyssey for a day of team bonding, leadership development, and stepping outside our comfort zones. We learned a lot about ourselves and each other while creating memories that will stick with us all season. @outdoorodyssey_ taken in Outdoor Odyssey by @setonhill_wlax

Putting in the work on and off the field. From serving our community to honoring 9/11 and pushing ourselves in our run assessment, a busy week in the books! #BiggerThanUs by @setonhill_wlax

Today, alongside @setonhill_wlax we climbed in remembrance of the heroes of September 11—those who faced unimaginable danger and moved toward it to save others.

With every flight, we honored the first responders who answered the call, and the lives that were taken far too soon. We remembered the families who still carry that loss and the communities forever changed.

Their example challenges us to look beyond ourselves, to take care of one another, and to find the courage to act.

Today, we carried their memory up each step. May we carry their example into everything we do.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸 taken in Seton Hill University by @setonhill_wlax

Stronger together. 💙🦋

As part of the @morgansmessage 9x9 Challenge, each of our accountability groups completed 9 miles together, in support of mental health awareness.

We're proud to stand together in breaking the stigma surrounding mental health.
