Hello! We are Lucy Hutchison and Eilidh McCormick, the directors of Set Ready Kids. We have been friends for 20 years and both have a huge passion for working with young people. ⁣

With extensive experience working on sets, in theatres, audition rooms and on location, we bring specialist skills in coaching at every stage of production. ⁣

In founding Set Ready Kids, we wanted to ensure that every young person has a positive and supportive experience whilst working professionally. We hope to give them the confidence and tools to navigate whatever their next steps may be. ⁣

This ethos has inspired us to lead Set Ready Kids and bring together a world class team of like-minded coaches and co-ordinators.⁣
