Every settlement is different, and that’s exactly how I treat it 🪄

No two transactions are the same, which is why I take the time to understand what each client actually needs, not just tick boxes.

When Mark approached our office to assist with this settlement, I had an in depth conversation with him about his clients’ requirements. From there, I met with the clients personally and guided them through their first home purchase. One that wasn’t quite as straightforward as your usual first home transaction.

There are plenty of boxes to tick to make sure a settlement runs smoothly, but there are just as many when it comes to making sure a client feels supported, informed and looked after from start to finish. Sometimes that means extra communication, sometimes it means a more personal touch, and in this case, that was exactly what was needed.

It was an absolute pleasure assisting these clients through such an important milestone. Every settlement is rewarding, no matter which end of the transaction you’re on. 💚

If you’re selling your home, you don’t always need to be out the moment settlement happens. In most cases, you have until 12PM the following day to hand over the keys (if it’s your primary residence).
